 Partnership packages

We are offering the following four levels of partnership for maximum exposure and extensive branding opportunities both before- and throughout the duration of the conference. Packages A - B - C -D. Partners will receive the following benefits (listed below), as well as many other value added benefits. 

Package A 
1750,- EURO - excl. VAT

  • Insertion of company paper advertisement/document in the congress bag
    (maximum size A4-format - 2 pages).
  • Company Logo displayed on slides during sessions and breaks.
  • Poster board at your disposal to introduce your company. The Sponsor board area will be situated in the coffee break area. Poster board dimensions : ( height: 2,00 m, width: 0,95 m)

Package B 
2500,- EURO - excl. VAT

  • Insertion of company paper advertisement/document in the congress bag
    (maximum size A4-format - 2 pages).
  • Company Logo displayed on slides during sessions and breaks.
  • Poster board at your disposal to introduce your company. The Sponsor board area will be situated in the coffee break area. Poster board dimensions : ( height: 2,00 m, width: 0,95 m).
  • 4 square meters bare (naked) exhibition space in the coffee break area.

Package C 
3000,- EURO - excl. VAT

    (maximum size A4-format - 2 pages).

Package D
HEAD SPONSORS 
10.000,- EURO - excl. VAT

Exhibition Area in ICC Ghent

The exhibition area for our partners will be located in the Banketzaal of the ICC which is lokated on the other side of the registration area of the Promis symposium.

This location is also used for the welcome coffee in the morning, the regular coffee breaks and the lunches included in the programme.

We will make sure that there is enough opportunities to meet the participants.
